Driving Directions
From I-5 take exit 289 and head West on S.W. Nyberg Street. Turn right on S.W. Martinazzi Avenue. Turn left on S.W. Boones Ferry Road. Grace Clinic is located in the Key Bank building on the left. Enter the building through the single door facing Boones Ferry Road.
Lincoln City clinic is located at the Coast Vineyard church, west side of parking lot, in the building across from the Food Pantry. Free parking is available.
